Welcome to Betterpainters, a one man painting business, providing house painting Services and Quality Plastering.
I can provide you with a more than competitive painting price based on the time work should take, and I will not rip you off. I am a properly trained kiwi tradesman with over 30 years painting experience and my domain Bettepainters went live in 2005. With my proven skill and experience you can expect your job to be completed properly, with excellent cutting in, minimal brush strokes, and minimal roller texture.
If you require a less cosmetically perfect job that doesn't need to be fit for the queen, you needn't suffer an unskilled painter's runs to save money. After I make a surface sound, I know exactly which cosmetics can be left, and divide my time accordingly. This is what used to be called a standard repaint.
Over the years I have completed some very large new build projects, employing 10 full time painters and three sub contract painting crews at one time.
Some of those works include; Carters Takanini, Auckland Rugby League Building Epsom, A forty house subdivision in Woodbank Drive Glen Eden, many Solid Plaster Residential builds in Remuera, Epsom, Albany and the North Shore. I have also completed many new builds for Housing NZ.
I have also held licenses for the installation and decoration of Glamatex (Acrylic Spray Texture Coatings), Special Finishes ( Acrylic Spray Texture Coating, Strongwall Cladding systems) as well as Insulclad Cladding Systems, (Awarded).
While I no longer install these cladding systems, I still repaint Insulclad and E.I.F.S cladding systems.

Better Painters are competent interior plasterers, and gib stoppers. Better Painters provide wallpaper stripping, and level 5 skim coat plastering. Better Painters only provide the highest standard of finish.

As ex applicators of Insulclad, and Monolithic finishes, Better Painters has the experience you need to get your job done right. Our pricing is unbeatable for these cladding systems. Better Painters only use the best brands to complete your Insulclad, or Monolithic exterior.

Airless Spraying

Airless Spray applies a thicker, and more even coat of paint than traditional brush/roller painting. Airless Spray, in our hands, leaves a far superior finish than brush and roller painting.

Renovations
